The average dog is a nicer person than the average person. ~Andy Rooney

It's been a while since I have posted. It's been a lack luster winter for Angus. He so loves the cold and the snow. But we made the most of what we got. And today already in the 60's!! He gets so hot so fast, but we love going to the dog park. Angus is actually playing more now with the other dogs than he ever has. He usually just watches all the dogs by my side, but he is venturing away from me a bit. He can't catch them, but he's trying a bit!!

Angus attempting to play with one of the two 8 month old Danes in Franklin

He really did not know what to do with these two

These Danes are brothers and seemed to team up on poor Angus!! He had a lot of fun with them!!

PATS IN THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!

                              Official Patriots Superbowl Mascot!!!!!

Enough said.... GO PATS!!!

And finally Winter, with its bitin', whinin' wind, and all the land will be mantled with snow. - Roy Bean

The snow finally falls this winter in New England!! Yes, we got some snow, not a lot, but enough for a bit of shoveling. With snow covering the ground, comes the winter problems with Angus. He LOVES to eat the snow instead of drinking his water. Wants to go out for a couple of seconds, only to return with a snow covered face!!

I took him to the dog park to see how he would like it all snow covered. The park was filled with dogs which was surprising being only 30 degrees out. He had a blast, even played a bit with a couple of poodles. Usually he just watches the dogs because he knows he can't catch them running all over the park. But when he runs.... To see him run in the snow is too funny. I will try to get him galloping in the snow on film and post it.

Perched at his favorite spot at the park.

Took this pic right before he pounced on me!!

The following are a few pictures I had professionally done for Kelly for a Christmas present. Angus was very good in the hour long session. He was so hot under the lights we had to break in the middle and get him some air. I think they came out pretty good. Hope you enjoy!!

His eyes are a killer!!

Big Boy!!

Kisses for the big guy!!

Almost knocked me down!!

Angus very serious!!

Good boy!!

The pictures were done by Muddy Paw Studio. I brought Angus down to Fenway Bark, an indoor dogpark in Boston where Muddy Paw Studio had a room set up for photo sessions. They do such a good job with pet photos. I will post more from this session at a later date.
